Covrix Subscription Policy
1. How Subscriptions Work
When you subscribe, your selected products ship automatically at your chosen interval. Your payment method is charged at each renewal—monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly—so you never have to place an order yourself. For example, if you choose a monthly plan, your card is charged every month and your order arrives at your door without extra steps.
2. Managing Your Subscription
You’re in control. Visit your subscription portal to view upcoming deliveries, update payment details, or change your plan:

3. Pausing or Cancelling
Pause or cancel anytime in your portal. Click “Pause” to skip all future charges until you resume. Click “Cancel” to end future renewals.
The only exception is commitments on minimum-term plans. If your plan requires a set number of deliveries, cancellation isn’t available until you meet that commitment.
4. Skipping or Rescheduling a Charge
Next to each delivery date you’ll see a Skip and Reschedule button.

Skip skips that delivery and its payment.

Reschedule lets you select a new delivery date before your order ships.
5. Adding or Editing Products
Want to try something new or adjust quantities? In your portal, click Edit on any product card. From there you can remove items, change quantities, or add new products to your upcoming orders.
6. Payment Failures
If a charge fails, we’ll email you with a secure link to update your payment method. Once updated, your subscription resumes on its original schedule—no need to reorder.
